Services

We provide educational and instructional programs delivered through digital content and optional group-based discussions.

The My Worry-Free Kid™ program is an educational training for parents. It is not therapy, medical treatment, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

Access to digital program materials is granted immediately upon successful payment.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Your registration is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access of the full digital files of all programs, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify program content, delivery format, or access methods as necessary.

If optional live group sessions are offered, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify them due to unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and resources are the property of Kara Czerniak Coaching Solutions.

Participant Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from live sessions or group discussions whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in training is voluntary.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our services.

Results are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on individual participation and implementation.
